OooWee Deals - Refund & Return Policy

At OooWee Deals, we want every purchase to feel great. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains your rights, our responsibilities, and how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations in a clear and customer-friendly way. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order never arrived (confirmed by carrier)
  • You are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason

To qualify, items should be returned in original condition when reasonably possible and include all accessories or packaging. A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Personal care items
  • Opened consumables
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. How to Start a Return To begin a return or refund request:

  • Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

4. Refund Process Once your return is approved and (if applicable) we receive the returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Banks and card issuers may take 5-10 business days to post the credit

We may deny or adjust refunds for items returned in unusable condition or without required components.

5. Exchanges If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no cost once your claim is reviewed and approved. Preference-based exchanges (size, color, etc.) depend on availability and may require return shipping.

6. Lost or Missing Packages If tracking says β€œdelivered” but you did not receive your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Provide your order number and any relevant details

We will open a carrier investigation. If the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery, we will issue a refund or replacement.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Returns based on preference may require you to pay return shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

8. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed and the package must follow the standard return process.

  • We may refuse returns that fall outside these terms or show signs of misuse
  • We may verify order details before issuing refunds to prevent fraud

10. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or return limitations caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, weather, carrier interruptions, or national emergencies.
