Thank you for shopping with OooWee Deals! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle orders so you always know what to expect. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you promptly. If we cannot ship your order within the estimated timeframe, you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping costs and delivery estimates appear at checkout based on your location and chosen method. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

3. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear. If tracking has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist.

4. Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We select the carrier based on reliability, speed, and your location.

5. Shipping Locations We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. International shipping may be added in the future.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information Please verify your address before placing an order. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you may be responsible for reshipment fees. OooWee Deals is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is marked β€œdelivered” but not received:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Carrier investigations may take up to 10 business days. Replacements or refunds depend on the outcome of the investigation.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have shipped. Once a tracking number is issued or the order is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

9. Pre-Orders & Backorders If an item is on pre-order or backorder, its expected shipping date will be displayed on the product page or at checkout. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately. We will notify you of any significant changes to availability.

10. Liability Disclaimer Once an order is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit and delivery lies with the carrier. However, we will always support you in resolving delivery issues. OooWee Deals is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control
  • Packages stolen after delivery
  • Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information

We make every reasonable effort to help locate or replace lost or misdelivered packages whenever possible.

11. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, carrier disruptions, or national emergencies.
